and governance across PMO domains * Coordinate complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and international partners * Assist budget forecasting, cost control, performance analysis, and periodic reporting * Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support materials * Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items with escalation as needed * Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyse project, operational, and financial data for decision-making * Prepare programme documentation, reviews, deliverables, and reporting for stakeholders * Collaborate with multidisciplinary and external stakeholders to ensure governance and execution * Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks Requisiti fondamentali * At least 6 years of professional experience in PMO/space programme contexts * University master’s degree (5 years or equivalent) * Excellent command of English (writ
