Let's dive right in: /pulliNegotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow's projects in Italy and other EMEA regions. /liliSupport contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts. /liliReview, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms Conditions and non-disclosure agreements. /liliIdentify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow's principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues. /liliPrepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients. /liliCreate comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives. /liliNegotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
/liliEnsure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow's Business Management System. /li /ulbr/h3Your profile /h3pAll right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: /pulliDegree in Law or a relevant Business-related qualification. /liliAt least 3-5 years of experience in the PV, Energy Storage, or Construction industry. /liliStrong commercial focus with a sound knowledge of contract law and proven drafting ability. /liliDemonstrated experience working within a Contracts or Legal department. /liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and explain legal concepts to a non-legal audience. /liliPro-active approach to problem-solving, capable of constructive challenge and negotiation with stakeholders at
