/li liDeliver training and enablement initiatives to strengthen local planning teams. /li liProvide actionable insights and project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li5-7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management roles within structured multinational organizations. /li liPrevious experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food Beverage, or similarly fast-paced international environments. /li liStrong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes. /li liprojects, process improvement, and change management initiatives. /li liKnowledge of Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project management methodologies is a plus. /li liStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (mandatory). /li liAdva
