and verify complex system interactions * Extract business logic from legacy systems for migration or cloud integration Requisiti fondamentali * Experience as a software engineer on complex projects * Strong coding skills in Java, Python, .NET with debugging abilities * Experience with software development methodologies for scalable, robust software * Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI for enterprise modernization * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, REST services * Knowledge of microservices architecture, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), messaging queues * Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns * problem-solving * collaboration * continuous learning * Java * Python * .NET
