Overview As Staff Product Designer, Growth, you shape growth-focused product experiences for Deel’s global platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics. You’ll rapid-prototype, run experiments, and use data to validate hypotheses, driving onboarding, engagement, and retention. and test features using A/B testing and data insights * Mentor Product Designers and elevate design practices and standards * Identify bottlenecks with product and engineering to streamline user journeys * Convert complexity into clear, strategic design solutions * Foster alignment across teams through effective communication and narrative Requisiti fondamentali * 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role * Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping (e.g., progressive disclosure) * Growth mindset with experience in product metrics, analytics, and A/B testing; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools * Portfolio showing experimentation outcomes on onboarding, virality, pricing, or subscriptions * Curiosity about AI and experience designing AI-powered experiences or using AI tools in design workflow * Data-informed design grounded in qualitative and quant
