Overview In this role, you will support the Global Workplace and Real Estate strategy across Headquarters and affiliates, ensuring consistent standards and evolving employee-facing services. You will serve as the main contact for affiliates on workplace organization, office layouts, and experience initiatives, guiding workplace transformation, relocations, and change management. You’ll drive data-driven decisions through portfolio evaluations and KPI monitoring, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across locations. and reporting alongside cross-functional teams * Support initiatives to improve employee workplace experience and collect feedback * Coordinate surveys, analyze feedback, and identify improvement opportunities * Develop dashboards and management reporting on workplace metrics * Manage centralized knowledge base for workplace, office, and project data * Collaborate with HR, Facility Management, Procurement, Sustainability, Engineering and local offices * Support real estate evaluations, office scouting, and project delivery across affiliates * Coordinate with external real estate advisors and stakeholders during search and acquisition processes * Ensure alignment with green building principles, wellbeing, and inclusive design Requisiti fondamentali * Master's degree in relevant disciplines (stated) * 3-6 years of experience in Workplace/Facility Management, Corporate Services, Real Estate or Consulting * Kno
