Overview In this role you deliver end-to-end technical support for EFI digital printing solutions, both locally and abroad. You provide on-site and remote assistance, participate in tradeshow activities, and train end users. You will travel extensively to service large territories and feed actionable feedback to R&D.; You will work closely with customers to ensure optimal printer performance and demonstrate EFI's technology as a differentiator. and teardown * End-user training * Provide feedback to R&D; Requisiti fondamentali * Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers * Two+ years of field engineering experience on digital machines and electronic devices * Availability for extensive travel at short notice * Knowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink * Knowledge of RIP software and color management * Knowledge of color theory and materials/chemicals * Knowledge of textile digital machine processes * Good communication skills and customer-focused * Fluent in Italian and English * Self-motivating with ability to manage a large service territory * Knowledge of personal computers, Windows and Linux * customer-focused * strong communication * self-motivated * inkjet printing technology (water-based ink) * RIP software and color management * color theory and materials/chemicals
