Overview As Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst in Milan, you will lead global people cost planning and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to drive data-driven planning and performance insights. You’ll shape budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring, while advancing HR reporting tools and automation. This role blends finance, HR analytics, and cross-functional influence to support sustainable growth. Retribuzione / Benefits * base salary 55,000–65,000 * equal opportunity employer * inclusive and diverse workplace * textile industry collective labor agreement Responsabilità * Lead global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes * Monitor headcount and personnel costs, analyze variances and key cost drivers * Support workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts * Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning * Develop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity,



and business data * Define and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs * Deliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making * Support the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency * Partner with IT to drive automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics Requisiti fondamentali * >8 years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling * Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field * Proficient in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel and BI tools * Power BI or equivalent; SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus * Known for flexibility, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail * Fluent in English * flexibility * accuracy * ownership * advanced Excel * Power BI or equivalent * SAP/SuccessFactors (advantage)
