Overview As Legal Counsel at BRIONI, you will support the General Counsel on a broad mix of commercial, corporate, IP and compliance matters for an international luxury Maison within the Kering Group. You will partner with internal stakeholders across commercial, retail, marketing, product, operations and corporate functions to manage cross-border projects and complex negotiations. The role focuses on protecting brand assets, ensuring governance and compliance, and implementing Group policies in a fast-paced, global context. risk-aware solutions * Support intellectual property matters, including trademark protection and portfolio management * Assist in corporate governance activities (board/shareholder documentation, records, filings, notaries coordination) * Work on retail, wholesale, franchising and real estate projects across jurisdictions while ensuring contract standardization and business alignment * Coordinate external law firms and advisers to ensure quality, consistency and cost control * Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Kering Compliance Program within Brioni and deployment of Group policies (ethics, anti-corruption, sanctions, due diligence, whistleblowing, competition) Requisiti fondamentali * Master’s Degree in Law * Admitted to the Italian Bar * 4–5 years of experience in international law firms or in-house legal departments * Experience in luxury, fashion, retail, consumer goods or
