Responsabilità * Define 3-year product roadmap based on trends and consumer research * Drive new product development according to the roadmap * Set product pricing following corporate guidelines and HQ negotiations * Achieve market share growth via product mix and channel expansion * Own product lifecycle management * Prepare marketing story for new product launches * Collaborate with local sales and communications teams * Analyze consumer insights and monitor industry trends and competitors * Coordinate with HQs to reach growth targets in the local market Requisiti fondamentali * 3–4 years of product management experience in Consumer Electronics/White Goods * Experience with Refrigeration category is a plus * Dynamic, proactive mindset in an international fast-moving environment * Strong interpersonal, leadership and team-player skills * Decision-making oriented and adaptable to change * Fluency in English and Italian * Dynamic and proactive mindset * Strong leadership and teamwork * Adaptability to change * Product management * Market research and consumer insights * Lifecycle management
