and ground modelling * Carry out advanced geotechnical and numerical analyses, producing calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports * Manage work packages across multiple projects and proposals with quality and timely delivery * Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture * Contribute to technical excellence, digital innovation, and knowledge sharing within Arup’s geotechnical community Requisiti fondamentali * Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent * 5-10 years’ experience in geotechnical design on medium to large-scale projects * Strong experience in geotechnical and numerical analysis using industry‑standard software * Solid engineering judgement with excellent planning, organisational, and time‑management skills * Interest in digital engineering and BIM; experience with 3D modelling or GIS is an advantage * Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, mul
