Overview In this Bid Manager role you work within the Business Development & Tendering Department to deliver high-quality, competitive tenders that leverage Alstom’s global capabilities. You will manage tender budgets, craft customer-focused solutions at winning price points, and ensure timely, compliant submissions. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams and governance processes to support RS business growth and tender success. This position offers impact across large-scale rail projects, with visibility to leadership and a clear path to delivering profitable bids. resource owners, and proposals team to produce binding submissions * Ensure governance per Alstom's Global & Local processes Requisiti fondamentali * Bid management experience in large-scale, technically complex tenders * Project management experience * Knowledge of financial processes * Bid writing experience * Strong numerical and communication skills * Proficiency with Word, Excel & PowerPoint * Experience presenting to business leaders and customers * CRM software knowledge (e.g., Salesforce) * Understanding of commercial contracts used in signalling, systems & infrastructure projects * Organised * Action oriented * Delivery-focused * Bid management in complex tenders * Project management * Financial process knowledge
