multinational environment Responsabilità * Define detailed process steps and deviations within your area * Promote standardization and support scope validation across regions/sites * Identify and propose new opportunities for process standardization * Coordinate design of new requirements and communicate decisions * Coordinate and manage the global key-user network * Serve as primary contact for local key users and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train) Requisiti fondamentali * Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience * Minimum 5 years of professional SAP-MES experience * Experience in problem solving with local key users and IT and in analyzing business processes * Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and creation of requirement specifications * Good English communication; additional languages are a plus * Willingness to travel internationally * communication skills * problem solving * cooperation/cross-functional collaboration * SAP - MES * business process elicitation * requirement specification
