Retribuzione / Benefits * inclusive and equitable work environment * dynamic and stimulating setting * advanced training and development programs * international mindset and innovative projects * well-being initiatives Responsabilità * Provide ongoing consultancy on indirect tax matters for clients * Issue opinions on application of indirect taxes for domestic and cross-border transactions * Analyze VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions and restructurings * Assess tax risks through internal audits and develop operating procedures * Conduct VAT due diligence and VAT compliance activities * Engage in national and international projects and collaborate with senior professionals Requisiti fondamentali * 3+ years of professional experience in leading national or international firms or consulting companies * Master in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56) or Law (LMG 01) with a final grade of at least 100/110 * Certified Chartered Accountant or Lawyer or plan to begin professional training * Good command of English; study/work experience abroad preferred * Good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills * interpersonal skills * teamwork * communication * Excel * PowerPoint * Office tools
