Overview As Maintenance Manager in Scandicci, you lead a high-performance maintenance function, driving improvements through people development and TPM-driven processes. Responsabilità * Lead and develop a team of technicians, applying coaching and performance feedback. * Drive improvement initiatives using TPM tools to enhance processes and problem-solving. * Direct daily management to prioritize work and achieve safety, quality, cost, reliability, and customer service goals. * Ensure 100% compliance with operational processes and procedures. * Communicate across levels and align team vision with Plant and McCormick objectives.
* Collaborate with Engineering and Area Supervisors and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Requisiti fondamentali * Relevant technical experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry * Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices * Full supervisory responsibility for a team * Proven project management experience and ability to complete complex projects * Facility management experience including HVAC systems and energy management * Solid understanding of maintenance integration with other operational areas * Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders * Fluent English * Knowledge of ATEX regulations is a strong advantage * Leadership and coaching * Effective communication across levels * Problem solving and tenacity * TPM tools and problem-solving methodologies * Preventive maintenance practices * HVAC systems and energy management
