Overview As an Account Director, you will drive new logo acquisition across Southern Europe, managing end-to-end sales in enterprise markets. You will build and own a regional pipeline, engage cross-functional teams, and forecast opportunities to hit quota. Your work will shape IDC’s technology insights positioning for end users and influence decision-makers at the executive level. Retribuzione / Benefits * 26 days of vacation plus bank holidays * Health insurance * Pension plan * Buoni pasto (daily) * Hybrid work model (2/3 in office) Responsabilità * Identify and win new logo customers across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Southern Europe. * Lead end-to-end sales cycles and qualify opportunities to close deals. * Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to fuel sales efforts. * Maintain accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and manage the regional pipeline.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies. * Initiate campaigns to grow pipeline and revenue. Requisiti fondamentali * 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record in strategic account management and expansion * Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close * Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders * Bi-lingual Italian and English; Spanish or French a plus * BA/BS degree or equivalent * Willingness to travel up to 40% and operate in a hybrid work environment * Strong presentation, negotiation, and writing skills * Excellent interpersonal skills to work across IDC units and global solutions teams * relationship-building * executive presence * negotiation * enterprise sales * pipeline management * forecasting
