and manage challenging B2B registration flows and high-volume agevolazioni allocations * Own end-to-end delivery from employer signup to employee welfare utilization * Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate engineering practices across the team * Maintain system stability and simplify payments by improving back-end efficiency and regulatory compliance * Maintain a user-first mindset, ensuring backend decisions translate into a smooth experience for employers and employees Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years of backend software engineering experience * Proven experience with microservices, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies * Deep Java experience and strong understanding of AWS (cloud platforms) * Technical leadership: analysis for large projects, mentorship, and knowledge sharing * Structured, professional communication and ability to document technical decisions clearly * Fluent in English; interest in FinTech/startup environment * cross-team collaboration * initiative and problem-
