develop and implement security roadmaps aligned with client transformation goals * End-to-end security delivery from concept to implementation * Client engagement and project management including budgets and timelines * Advisory support for IT transformations and ISO27001 certification efforts * Innovative solution development using AI, blockchain, cloud technologies * Team leadership and development including mentoring and talent recruitment * Vendor and stakeholder management to enhance security offerings Requisiti fondamentali * University degree in cyber security, information technology, or a related field * 8 to 12 years of relevant IT security consulting experience with track record of leading large projects * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA * Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred * Exceptional leadership and cross‑functional team management * Excellent Italian and English communication skills * Willingness to travel and operate in global contexts * leadership * communication * stakeholder management * NIST * ISO/IEC 27000 * SABSA
