Overview You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Henkel’s local IT infrastructure in Italy, supporting production and critical operations. In a cross-functional, international environment, you’ll collaborate with Global/Regional IT and plant teams to manage changes, deploy new components, and uphold security and compliance. You will diagnose and resolve local IT/OT incidents to minimise production impact and drive service excellence. This role offers hands-on infrastructure work with opportunities to grow your technical expertise and impact across a global organization. and resolve failures in local IT/OT infrastructure to minimise production impact * Coordinate changes with Global/Regional IT to ensure service excellence and meet local requirements * Execute roll-out activities for new standard operations and tech components (setup, deployment, launch, decommissioning) * Ensure local compliance and security with corporate policies and standards Requisiti fondamentali * 3+ years of experience in a similar role * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, ICT Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of ITIL processes * Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills * MS Office proficiency * communication * interpersonal skills * problem-solving * ITIL processes * local IT/OT infrastructure knowledge * server and network infrastructure management
