* Contribute to standardization of Business Services solutions * Drive transformation and adopt new ways of working * Implement Business Services projects * Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders along the value chain * Improve and automate processes (build, test, deploy) * Continuous learning and team development Requisiti fondamentali * Knowledge of derivative products across asset classes (swaps, options, futures, forwards) * Experience with SimCorp Dimension * Experience in project implementations * Experience with Communication Server, DEX, and DFS (advantage) * Familiarity with industry-standard platforms (TriOptima, MarkitWire, Acadia, FXAll, Cassini) (advantage) * Commitment to standardization and best practices * Transformation-oriented mindset and openness to change * collaboration * curiosity * change agility * derivative products knowledge * SimCorp Dimension * Project implementation experience
