Overview In this role, you will drive cost estimation, control, and planning within the Procurement team to keep products competitive. You will collaborate with R&D; and CM to guide cost reduction initiatives and standardize cost processes. You’ll own cost tables, should-cost analyses, and RFQ inputs, influencing decisions across departments. This role sits at the intersection of cost science and product development, shaping value-driven outcomes for the business.



Retribuzione / Benefits * Annual base salary * Variable compensation * Welfare and benefits package Responsabilità * Contribute to target cost definition * Lead technical cost reduction activities in collaboration with R&D; and CM * Prepare cost planning and align it with targets * Assign and monitor Value Analysis actions with R&D;/CM/SE * Create RFQ standard formats for input to cost tables * Build and maintain Cost Tables for Should Cost Analysis * Drive Teardown Cost Analysis for competitor BOM costs Requisiti fondamentali * Degree in Engineering (technological focus) * Fluent English (written and spoken) * 3–5 years in Cost Engineering or in R&D; as a mechanical designer * Results orientation * Customer focus * Open and communicative interpersonal style * SAP * PLM * Advanced Excel
