You will partner with store management to ensure consistent customer experience and execute omni-channel rollouts. You will oversee inventories, maintenance contracts, and new openings or relocations, driving turnover and space optimization. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-paced luxury environment with travel across Southern Europe. You will influence operational standards and contribute to the brand’s premium, cohesive retail experience. Retribuzione / Benefits * annual premio opportunity * compensation * additional benefits per company policy * equal opportunity employer * in-company diversity and inclusion initiatives Responsabilità * Support day-to-day store operations in Southern Europe * Ensure brand policies and procedures are implemented and respected * Monitor customer service to deliver excellent experience and consistency across stores * Manage regional stock shrinkage by location and take corrective actions * Plan, execute, and follow up on omni-channel rollouts in the region * Prepare and follow up inventories to ensure product turnover and space allocation * Manage maintenance suppliers and contracts * Lead operations for new openings, relocations, seasonal openings/closures * Work with H&S; to implement and improve regulations in stores Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years in retail operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment * Experience in stock management and administrative tasks * Excellent project management skills * Excellent English skills (written and verbal); Spanish a plus * MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Strong interpersonal and organizational follow-up skills * Commitment to participate in an innovative project * Precise with strong organizational and prioritization abilities * High availability, responsive * Ability and flexibility to trav
