Overview In this role you provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple customers in Milan, aligning with Apple’s mission to deliver an exceptional, only-at-Apple experience. You will deepen knowledge of Apple products, repair processes, and Genius Bar workflows to enable high-quality repairs. You engage customers with care, educate them on repair options and ways to buy, and share feedback with the team to improve service. You work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with teammates to foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture and drive meaningful impact.
