* Measure effectiveness and address gaps in content or process, as needed. * Build strong networks with key stakeholders to align compliance and risk activities. Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years of professional IT experience with expertise in IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, Information Security, Audit, or related areas. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration. * Experience in risk assessments, control evaluations, audit support, and remediation management (plus). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to translate risks into actionable recommendations. * Self-motivated, well-organized, with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and stakeholder management. * Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to work across global and cro
