Retribuzione / Benefits * Health Insurance * Lunch Vouchers Responsabilità * Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy * Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners * Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies * Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes * Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing,
and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies * Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field * 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales * Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare * Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset * Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region * Languages: Fluent Italian, good English * communication * relationship-building * proactive mindset * He
