Overview In this role you will lead the design vision for Deel’s AI vertical, shaping AI-powered experiences across Deel’s platform. You’ll own end-to-end design strategy for Deel AI, Akai, conversational interfaces, agents, and developer tools, spanning in-chat flows to proactive notifications and human-in-the-loop interventions. You’ll collaborate with the Principal Designer to ensure a coherent, intelligent system and guide a growing design team to deliver high-impact AI experiences. and developer tools * Establish craft standards for AI interactions and ensure coherence across AI experiences * Drive cross-team collaboration within the AI vertical and with design system, engineering, product, and leadership * Own outcomes with prioritization and trade-offs to unblock teams and maintain momentum across AI portfolio * Champion user research and customer insights, and shape AI design direction with market analysis * Coach and grow the design team, mentoring designers and promoting repeatable approaches * Shape design org culture within the AI vertical and invest in talent development Requisiti fondamentali * 8+ years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment * 3+ years at Staff level or above * Deep experience designing AI-powered products including conversational interfaces and intelligent automation * Portfolio demonstrating AI/ML product design and zero-to-one to scaling experience * Strong UI/UX/interaction/visual design skills for complex workflows * Ability to collaborate with ML engineers and researchers
