Overview In this role you will manage strategic, high-impact relationships with international merchants from diverse industries. You’ll drive payments insights and growth opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones. You’ll act as a trusted partner, translating data into compelling stories and guiding customers through complex decisions. Responsabilità * Build strong customer relationships and navigate client organizations across internal and external stakeholders * Drive commercial discussions and help customers meet strategic/financial targets * Provide strategic payments guidance and position Adyen as a trusted partner using data-driven storytelling * Prioritize and execute short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts * Serve as voice of the customer internally and feed back insights to teams Requisiti fondamentali * 4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or complex software/financial services with a payments background preferred * Strong ability to engage at all management levels * Experience leading strategic payments conversations and coordinating high-level technical discussions * Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into client goals * Proficiency in Italian and English * Experience in fintech or payments company is highly preferred * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally * Based in Milan with hybrid workplace (not remote-only) * strong relationship-building * cross-cultural collaboration * strategic thinking * payments domain expertise * data analysis and storytelling * commercial acumen
