and BOM targets to support strategy and marketing reviews * Collaborate with R&D; to define product roadmaps and development targets * Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams * Assess RFQs and project viability to support strategic decisions * Support Sales with product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation, and go-to-market approach Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field * 3+ years in Business Development or similar role, preferably automotive industry * Technical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors (advantage) * Experience with digital technologies, including Power BI and AI tools * Experience interacting with customers and managing RFQ processes * Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities * Fluency in English; German a
