dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews * Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence * Improve country forecast maturity and consistency of market assumptions across EMEA * Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs * Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's degree * minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a complex, international, or matrixed organization * Change Management * Matrix Organization Navigation * Results Orientation * SIOP * Demand Planning * Supply Planning
