Overview In this role you drive strategic expansion of Welfare services across northern regions, leading outbound sales and high-value business development. You’ll own the regional sales cycle, coordinate with Key Account Managers, and push growth in meal vouchers and fringe benefits. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the customer journey and adapt quickly in a dynamic Welfare Unit. act as a dedicated individual contributor managing a regional portfolio of employers (up to 3,000 employees) * Budget & Target Management: own ambitious semesterly targets focusing on Meal Vouchers and Fringe & Flexible benefits growth * Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Key Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and joint client reviews * Agile Adaptability: navigate fast-evolving Welfare Business Unit with ownership and hands-on problem solving Requisiti fondamentali * Significant business development experience: 6–8 years in a New Business Development role with emphasis on prospecting and outbound sales * Commercial Execution & Strategy: structured, aggressive commercial approach with track record in long sales cycles and clear pipeline metrics * Outbound Mastery: proven expertise in structured outbound methodologies and turning cold prospects into enterprise accounts * Results & Budget Orientation: abilit
