As part of the HR Department, HRBP Retail Team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: * According to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store * Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resources * Facilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required * Translate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients. * Support the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company * Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy * Monitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue,
guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas) * Lead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores and the HR Department * Supervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required * Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies.
