* Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high quality marketing and merchandising solutions. * Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in retail execution and adherence to brand standards. Competenze ed esperienza * 10+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing (within a retail environment rather than traditional FMCG), Portfolio Management or Category Management, with exposure to international markets. Experience spanning multiple regions or operating within a global role is highly preferred. * Proven experience working within premium consumer goods, luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, watches or jewellery. * Strong track record of developing and executing successful portfolio, marketing and customer experience strategies. * Experience working across international or multi market environments with diverse stakeholder groups. * Commercially minded with strong analyt
