Your Responsibilities: * Conduct field assessments and agronomic evaluations to ensure continuous improvement across our raw material supply chains * Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural trials and research initiatives * Collaborate closely with growers, technical partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to promote sustainable and high‑quality agricultural practices * Produce clear,



accurate documentation and contribute to structured reporting aligned with internal standards * Actively embody our values in interactions with partners and colleagues while contributing to a transparent, constructive working environment Your Profile: * Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or related disciplines * Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience: previous experience in technical assistance or supply chain coordination roles is preferred * Strong knowledge of crop management and sustainable cultivation methods * Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate field observations into actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering respectful and solution oriented collaboration * Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage Availability for frequent business travel (approx. 50% of working time), including continuous intercontinental assignments of 5 months * Global Mindset: Working in an international environment * Perfect Start: An individual "Onboarding Program" and support from
