Novartis Italia is seeking an Evidence Generation Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee country-level evidence generation activities, including observational research, local clinical studies, and real-world evidence programs. You will ensure alignment with Integrated Evidence Plans and asset strategies while upholding scientific quality, compliance, and governance.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options.
