The role will focus on the Finished Goods business, supporting profitability analysis and business performance monitoring for the Italian market.Non aspetti a candidarsi dopo aver letto questa descrizione: per questa possibilità è previsto un elevato volume di candidature.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly closing activities and prepare financial reportsAssist in budgeting and forecasting processesMonitor sales, margins, and operating expenses and customer rebatesPerform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)Support cost control activities and profitability analysis by product linePerform customer profitability analysis and support gross-to-net analysis activitiesCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teamsEnsure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systemsSupport internal and external audit processesSupport business performance monitoring and provide insights to key stakeholders across the Italian organizationWhat you need to succeedRequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationalsAccounting knowledgeGood knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus)Knowledge of consolidation/reporting tools such as Hyperion or Oracle is considered a plusStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProactive mindset and willingness to learnFluent in Italian and EnglishKnowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plusPAY TRANSPARENCYEmployment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL):
