Working closely with the CFO, you’ll take ownership of treasury across a complex, multi-entity and multi-currency organisation. With exposure to investors, lenders and M&A;, this is an opportunity to shape financing and liquidity strategy while strengthening the treasury function supporting the Group’s continued growth.
The Role
- - Lead Group cash management, liquidity forecasting and cash pooling across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage debt facilities,
covenant compliance and relationships with international banks and lenders.
- Support the CFO and investors on capital structure, refinancing and acquisition financing.
- Manage FX and interest rate exposure and support hedging strategy.
- Play a key role in M&A;, including financing, due diligence and post-deal treasury integration.
- Strengthen treasury processes, systems and controls as the Group continues to scale.
Your Background
- - Typically 5+ years of progressive treasury experience.
- Strong experience across liquidity, cash management, debt facilities and covenant management.
- Experience within a PE-backed, leveraged or multinational environment would be advantageous.
- M&A;, integration or acquisition financing exposure is highly desirable. xysqume
- Fluent English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
