Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end service transitions from incumbent vendors, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the integrated transition plan covering mobilization, Knowledge Transfer (KT), Forward Shadowing (FS), Reverse Shadowing (RS), stabilization, and final handover.
- Define transition waves based on applications, business criticality, release commitments, and operational risks.
- Coordinate incumbent vendors, customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party partners.
- Ensure the collection and validation of architecture documents, SOPs, runbooks, code repositories, incident history, and operational knowledge.
- Establish transition milestones, readiness checklists, quality gates, competency assessments, and formal sign-offs.
- Track KT progress, knowledge gaps, risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions.




- Ensure delivery teams achieve independent operational capabilities through effective shadowing and knowledge validation.
- Coordinate resource onboarding, system access, security clearances, tools, environments, and infrastructure readiness.
- Maintain production stability, SLA performance, ongoing releases, and business continuity throughout the transition.
- Lead transition governance, RAID management, executive reporting, escalations, and recovery planning.
- Manage scope, schedules, effort, dependencies, and contractual commitments.

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

✅ 15 years of overall professional experience

✅ Strong experience in large-scale ADM transitions

✅ Hands-on experience with KT, Forward Shadowing, and Reverse Shadowing

✅ Experience managing multi-vendor transition environments

✅ Strong understanding of service readiness, stabilization, and operational handover

✅ Telecom domain experience, preferably across digital channels

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and escalation skills
