Senior Overseas Marketing Manager

We are supporting a large international industrial group with a strong presence in the energy and advanced manufacturing sectors in the search for a Senior Overseas Marketing Manager for its Wind Power business in Italy.

The organization operates across the wind power value chain, combining wind turbine technology and equipment with renewable energy project development and related services. As part of its international development, the company is looking for an experienced commercial professional to support its activities in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct overseas market research and identify, acquire and track leads and business opportunities.
- Secure overseas project orders and conduct business negotiations and contract signing.
- Achieve sales and receivables (“two funds”) KPIs.
- Develop key account relationships and maintain client goodwill.
- Identify market opportunities in key regions and plan ahead.
- Deliver the division’s overseas development targets and support the market development of other departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above.




- Science/engineering background or industrial marketing experience.
- Wind turbine product sales experience is required.
- Wind power overseas market resources and industry experience are preferred.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Fluent in the local language of the target market.
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills and stress tolerance.
- Must hold local permanent residence.
- No nationality restrictions.
- No visa sponsorship available.

Compensation & Benefits

- €77,000–€128,000
- Business trips reimbursed at actual cost.
- Minimum social benefits according to local labor law.

Working Conditions

- Hybrid / remote working arrangement.
- Local time zone, in compliance with local law.
- Employment terms according to local labor law; no open-ended contract initially.
