As part of the Sales organization, this role bridges technical expertise and commercial responsibilities within the
Automotive & Electronics segments. These strategic market areas require a strong application knowledge and customer insight, while providing opportunities for business development and long-term growth. Your missions:
Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service Identifying business development risks and opportunities in Automotive & Electronics markets Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships Understanding of the Automotive & Electronics industry-specific requirements, including the quality standards Your profile:
Holding a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent) Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures Speaking fluently English, any other language is an asset Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally Our offer:
