La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio commerciale e, supportata in un percorso di crescita, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
inserimento, evasione e monitoraggio degli ordini a sistema;
assistenza e comunicazione quotidiana con i clienti esteri, in particolare nell'area DACH e internazionale;
redazione di offerte commerciali e invio preventivi;
supporto nella gestione della documentazione amministrativa e di trasporto;
interfaccia con i reparti logistica e produzione per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna;
aggiornamento delle anagrafiche clienti e supporto generale all'attività di back office.
