In a technological and innovative environment, we design and develop customized test instruments and solutions, supporting our customers from the initial definition of requirements through to after-sales service.

For our office in Lissone (MB), Italy, we are looking for a Sales Administration Specialist.

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Reviewing sales orders in the PO system to monitor order status and invoicing progress.
- Managing international shipments, including checking issued invoices, submitting invoices through the SDI (Italian electronic invoicing system), processing invoices in the general ledger, verifying item master data for Intrastat reporting,



and recording transactions for WEEE compliance.
- Issuing sales delivery notes and sales invoices.
- Issuing certificates of origin and handling procedures related to the Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA).
- Coordinating rebate data processing, checking files, and reconciling figures for final reporting.
- Managing and coordinating the annual inventory closing process.
- Completing customer questionnaires.
- Preparing weekly sales reports.
- Preparing customer reports and statements.
- Preparing budgets for sales orders.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of international shipping management.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.

Salary Description 28 - 35K
