For our headquarter in Rubbiano (PR) we are looking for a goal-oriented, analytical, methodical, fast learning, proactive Process Engineer.
The process engineer develops the specific process based on customer requirements and assists other departments to assure that the production processes are performing properly, with respect to safety, quality, and output; assists in data collection and analysis, staff training, review and editing of documentation related to assigned projects.
Machine or robot programming, process parameters set up and tuning, validation testing carry out according to NPI plan
New technologies and equipment start up and validation
Machine trouble shooting and RCA support
Analyze processes data, equipment, materials to determine efficient manufacturing methods and process improvements according to 6s method and standard RCA tools
Coordinate activities of support personnel and manufacturing to resolve process problems
Assist in training operators on process awareness, monitoring and control
Provide process data as recommended for standard or experimental products
Research equipment to source the most appropriate solutions by focusing on cost, flexibility and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to bring new part concepts from ideation to production
After 6 to 12 months the candidate will be required to provide Gemba technical support with extra time and weekend availability
