To take our company to the next level, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our B2B Team. You will report to our Client Success Lead and will own the success , retention and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients.
Stakeholder Management: Owning and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving strong account governance and long-term partnerships.
Tracking key metrics and translating insights into scalable, data-driven actions.
Account Growth: Identifying renewal and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
Operational Excellence: Ensuring operational alignment and proactive issue resolution to deliver a high-quality experience and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.
