Job Purpose This Human Resources Associate role is crucial for supporting the delivery and implementation of Human Resources functions within IOM in Italy and Malta. The position ensures the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of HR processes, contributing to the effective management of personnel. By facilitating recruitment, pre-employment activities, HR system data management, and personnel actions, the associate directly impacts the operational efficiency and compliance of the organization.
