As Sales Manager TIR, you will drive the commercial development and execution of our Technical Insulation Residential (TIR) business across Italy.
This is a field-focused sales role for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable growth. Working closely with distributors, contractors, installers, and key customers, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the insulation market.
What you'll do Drive sales growth by executing commercial plans and achieving revenue, margin, and profitability targets across Italy.
Spend significant time in the field developing relationships with customers, distributors, installers, and key market stakeholders.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and deal closure.
