The role You design scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks, views. We work in mortgage, finance, and real estate, our thumbnails lean hyper-realistic: real locations, real buildings, real people. That takes technical skill and a real grasp of realism, while still earning the click. We currently have 5 other designers on the team, they have each been designing thumbnails for years and are talented, we just need another hire to help with capacity.
Responsibilities Design 10 to 20 thumbnails a week (40 to 80 a month) with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. If you can do more we will pay you more.
Build and maintain a visual branding system for each client, and follow their brand style guides.
Create A/B test variations and iterate quickly based on click-through rate.
