As a hands‐on member of the Supply Chain team in Bussero, you will ensure smooth material flow with external subcontractors while maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing stock. You will partner with multiple functions to support procurement, production, quality, and operations, driving continuous improvement and efficient inventory processes. Your work directly impacts business performance through data-driven decisions and cross‐functional collaboration. Coordinate material flow with external subcontractors performing assembly activities
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely shipments to subcontractors
Track materials and components sent to suppliers and record finished goods on receipt
Build relationships with subcontractors and follow up on open actions and material availability
Serve as site Inventory Champion to promote accuracy and optimization
Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory verification
Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate inventory records and record transactions in ERP
Analyze inventory trends, safety stock, and replenishment parameters
Identify slow‐moving or obsolete inventory and recommend improvements
Manage obsolete inventory through BOM analysis and disposition options
Handle routine inventory and quality‐related transactions, including returns and non‐conforming materials
Investigate quality‐related inventory issues and prepare supporting documentation
Utilize Excel and data analysis tools to monitor performance and resolve issues
Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Production, and Quality to drive improvements
Review technical drawings to support inventory and material identification
