Precisely convert various document formats e g PDF scanned images Word into structured searchable digital formats using specialized software
Perform quality assurance checks on converted documents to ensure accuracy integrity and adherence to client specifications identifying and rectifying errors
Implement and maintain document indexing and metadata tagging systems ensuring efficient organization and retrieval of converted files
Operate and troubleshoot document scanning hardware and conversion software performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
1-3 years of proven experience in document scanning, conversion, or digital archiving.
Proficiency in document management systems (DMS) and conversion software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, OCR tools).
Strong understanding of various file formats and their conversion characteristics.
