RINA, a multinational leader in certification, engineering, and consulting services, is looking for candidates registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette) to join its Genoa headquarters.

We welcome applications from candidates at all levels of seniority (junior, mid, or senior), with a background in engineering, administration, or human resources (HR).

Requirements Registered (or Eligible for registration) under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette)

Prior experience in structured organizations or consulting firms, supporting technical or operational teams will be considered as a plus.

Good Level in English both written and spoken

Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset

Degree or diploma in

Engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Civil, etc.)

Administrative disciplines (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, etc.)

Human Resources or related fields

Experience, even brief, in supporting activities within:

Technical or operational teams

Administrative or back-office functions

HR areas such as recruitment, training, personnel administration, or development
