As ERP Specialist, you will oversee the European SAP landscape (Sales, Distribution, After-Sales, Warehouse Management) and drive ongoing process improvements. You will bridge business and IT, translate requirements into SAP solutions, and ensure reliable, scalable support to maintain operations. You’ll lead incident management, coordinate SAP initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams through functional and technical changes.
This role sits at the intersection of business value and technology, enabling growth across Europe. You will work with international stakeholders and contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance patient-oriented processes.

Responsabilità
- Manage and support the European SAP landscape across SD, MM, WM, and related processes
- Maintain service levels via incident management and troubleshooting
- Act as primary liaison for collecting new business requirements and project initiatives
- Coordinate SAP-related activities and help prioritize initiatives by business need
- Provide functional support to SAP users and educate them on processes
- Perform SAP customizing in SD and MM to enable new functionalities
- Gather, analyze, document, and translate requirements into SAP solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions and support daily operations
- Coordinate ABAP development when needed to align with business needs and standards
- Contribute to process optimization and SAP projects across the organization
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience with SAP environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes
- Experience with SAP WM
- Knowledge of SAP SD processes and related flows
- Hands-on SAP customizing experience
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Experience in multinational or IT consulting environments
- Exposure to SAP projects, enhancements, or process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and teamwork
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
